Vendor Village
(2 gift items are required from each vendor for auction) Vendor space reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis and upon approval of SOTM, who also reserves the right to refuse vendor space to anyone. Once approved, contact will be made. Please remit signed contract along with copy of a valid seller's permit and payment in full by Dec. 15. Payment must accompany contract and Copy/Number of seller's permit to reserve your space. •10 x 10' space (retail) $400 all 3 days •10 x 10' space (Western Merch showcase) $500

Designed to commemorate the former Cowboy Mayor, this gorgeous program also covers the courageous PRCA athletes, contractors and animals that make this Flying U event so spectacular. In a special section, Palm Springs Life magazine showcases the history of the Western Heritage of Palm Springs with a pictorial spotlight on the way it was in the Golden Days of the Silver Screen. The Palm Springs WestFest is supported by a complete advertising and publicity campaign, locally and nationally. Portions of the proceeds are donated to charities in Palm Springs.
*Keep your rental space and surrounding area clean, grease/oil/trash properly disposed of, and the laws of the State of California and the City of Palm Springs complied with. Staffing at your booth must be covered during all hours of the festival, and all sponsorship agreements, all vehicle guidelines, and the hours of operation must be obeyed. A violation of any one of these rules will result in no return invitation. Please note: You may use your own items listed above. However, do not rent available items from outside sources. We have contracted with a rental company to obtain favorable rates for you. If you need items not listed above, please contact us for availability. The Palm Springs WestFest will provide only the booth space. Tents, lighting, electricity, etc. is the responsibility of the vendor. All equipment, supplies, booth materials, and selling activity must be confined to your allocated space. It is recommended that you secure product from all sides of your booth, including the rear. This application is only a request to be considered as a concessionaire at the Palm Springs WestFest and it does not guarantee space. All questions must be answered legibly and completely before consideration can be made. Upon acceptance vendors will receive notification and permit requirements. All Fees Must Be Included With Application
